Made using the centuries-old, traditional process that is unique to Bharuchi Khari Sing: first steeping the peanuts in salt water and coconut flavoured water, then roasting in the special clay found only in Bharuch, Gujarat.
Evenly roasted with a special smoky flavour, retaining the sweetness of the best quality peanuts sourced from Saurashtra in Gujarat.
Made using Himalayan rock salt or Sendha namak, so it is both better for health and also suitable for ‘vrat’ or religious fasting
